Piping hot Glass
Piping hot Blue Moutain coffee
Ensure the sugar has desolved
Paddy Irish whisky ammount to your liking but not to much as spoil the cofee whisky mix has to blend
Cold slightly whipped runny cream,
Soup spoon and layer of cream on to the sightly rotating coffee with confidance ( if sugar has desolved the cream shall not sink)
slight Sprinkle of ground coffee over the cream
Then just sit back with a mince pie and enjoy in front of a peat fire
the Kinsale Coffee way >>>>:)
